I enjoy continuously developing both myself and the machines I work with. There’s always something new to learn. Taking responsibility for setting up equipment correctly and ensuring product quality makes my work exciting and rewarding.

At Rosenberger, I received excellent training right from the start. Coming from a background as a trained baker, entering the industry was an exciting change and an experience I can highly recommend to anyone who’s motivated and eager to learn.

I originally trained as an electrician before joining Rosenberger. The working conditions here are much better, and the team spirit is amazing. I haven’t regretted my decision for a moment.

I started my career at Rosenberger as an apprentice and have built up a broad range of knowledge over the years by working in different departments. Now, as a process consultant, I can apply that experience. From the first design draft to the finished series part, I can contribute to creating the best possible product.
