Essential aspects include ensuring the optimal design and balancing of future assembly lines, the development of the necessary assembly tools and equipment and the implementation of effective testing processes.
At the commencement of series production, products are handed over to the company's global assembly locations in Hungary, Brazil, the USA and China. This ensures close cooperation between our national process development team and international colleagues in the Rosenberger Group.
Process Developers are significantly involved in the design of new products during the initial concept development phase. Together with the company's Design, Purchasing, Quality Management and Product Management departments they influence the manufacturability, assembly and automation of new product developments.
