Rosenberger Open Line: The Rosenberger Whistleblowing Platform

Ethics and Compliance is not an abstract concept but a code of behavior that applies to everyone within our organization and our partners. Rosenberger has defined those requirements in its Code of Conduct, the Supplier Code of Conduct as well as in the Rosenberger Ethics- and Compliance Policy.

Our employees and business partners can submit information about violations of the Rosenberger Code of Conduct, the Rosenberger Supplier Code of Contact as well as any laws via our whistleblowing platform "Rosenberger Open Line". We will investigate every message very carefully. While investigating a a case we will protect the source and any involved employees and oblige to a fair process. We do not accept any discriminations against any person, who is submitting a message through Rosenberger Open Line with integrity. Also, we will not tolerate any misuse of Rosenberger Open Line. We reserve the right to take certain measures in case of misuse of Rosenberger Open Line. Any investigation will be in accordance with the law, especially in terms of confidentiality. The principle of the presumption of innocence applies for any person who might be accused.

In which cases should Rosenberger Open Line be used?

Violations in the following areas can be reported via Rosenberger Open-Line:

  • Violations against the Rosenberger Code of Conduct
  • Violations against the Rosenberger Supplier Code of Conduct
  • Bribery and corruption
  • Competition law, in particular antitrust law
  • Fraud
  • Product safety and compliance
  • Money laundering and terrorist financing
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Manipulation in the context of accounting, tax matters and other financial crime
  • International Trade Controls, Export Control and Customs
  • Protection of privacy and personal data
  • Harassment or Discrimination
  • Health, occupational safety and operational security, including IT security
  • Rights and protection of individuals
  • Environmental protection

Who can give information via Rosenberger Open Line?

Any employee who is aware of violations in one of the above areas can use Rosenberger Open Line.

Furthermore, Rosenberger Open Line is also open to all stakeholders, in particular business partners and employees of business partners who are aware of violations in one of the above areas.

Information can be submitted anonymously or by stating your name. Even when submitting a report stating the name, we are committed to protecting the identity of the whistleblower, unless the whistleblower reports incorrect information about violations intentionally or through gross negligence. The identity of the whistleblower will only be disclosed to the extent necessary to take follow-up action and the whistleblower has expressly consented and as permitted by applicable law.

How can I submit a report?

Reports can be sent in writing and/or as a voice message. In addition, it is possible to include documents as attachments. We would like to point out that the data protection and personal rights of third parties must be observed when submitting a report.

What happens after submitting a report?

Reports via Rosenberger Open Line are received by the Rosenberger Group Compliance Office, where they are checked for plausibility as a first step. Depending on the content of the report, further follow-up is carried out centrally by Rosenberger Hochfrequenztechnik GmbH & Co. KG or decentrally in the respective organizational unit.
