The success of the Rosenberger Group is largely based on the competence and commitment of its employees. For this reason the company invests extensively in internal and external trainings as well as further education programs.

After all, areas such as management, research & development, administration and production are constantly changing. Rosenberger ensures employees are always well prepared to cope with a rapidly changing market.

A community hall, built in the early 1950s, originally equipped with a stage, billiard room and a bowling alley and used by Rosenberger exclusively for industrial production, has been transformed into a top-class company restaurant, which opened in May 2022.

In our company restaurant "Opernhalle" ("Opera House") you can expect a wide selection from an extensive, delicious and sustainable menu. The fact that all dishes are freshly cooked at several show cooking stations and a salad buffet which changes on a daily basis, guarantee a vital diet.

Whether regional or international dishes as well as salads - most of the ingredients are obtained from local suppliers. The meals are subsidized by Rosenberger.

We recognize that all work and no play can be detrimental to both the professional and private lives of our employees. That’s why Rosenberger has an active sports and social calendar featuring organized activities and events which are open to everyone.

Events organized by the works council or employees such as football matches or company runs are gladly supported within the company’s health promotion framework.

Those preferring to do their own thing are always welcome in the company's gym. Our health-oriented working environment is complemented by ergonomic workstations and a company doctor.
