"After Graduating in Business Administration, I Started at Rosenberger in Supply Chain Management (SCM) as a Procurement Operator
After two years in procurement for all purchased parts of our HSD connectors, I became the group leader in this area. As Team Leader SCM for the HSD sector, together with my team, I take care of the complete supply chain. This includes the procurement of individual parts, planning of production at several production sites and sales planning to ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently and effectively at all times.
What I like most about Supply Chain Management is that we have a central coordinating function within the company and therefore cooperate with many divisions. We are constantly improving our processes to meet the needs of our customers. We face new challenges every day and always find new solutions to develop ourselves further. This makes my job interesting and exciting."
