DIND, supported by the former German Federal Minister of Economics Brigitte Zypries, awards innovative companies within the framework of this initiative that have a clear digitization strategy, pursue sustainability goals and offer attractive working conditions - modern management philosophy, flat hierarchies, flexible remuneration models, employee benefits, individual further and advanced training opportunities are assessed with the help of input from experts and evaluated in a matrix.
