Production Technology
Rosenberger is ideally equipped with modern, state-of-the-art machinery to implement the manufacturing techniques demanded by our customers. Cast alloys and tempered steel are the materials that are primarily machined.
Turning Manufacturing Area
In our turning shop, we can manufacture various workpieces with lathes in the diameter range from 30 mm to 500 mm and lengths of 100 mm to 500 mm.
Turning Manufacturing
Turning Manufacturing
High levels of flexibility by complete manufacturing of complex parts on a system,

e.g. turning/milling center with up to 100 tools.

Economic manufacturing of components in medium to high part counts by the employment of automated systems,

e.g. with directed feeding of complex raw part geometries.
Machining Manufacturing Area
On our machining centers, we manufacture customized components in magnitudes up to 1,000 mm x 1,000 mm x 1,000 mm.
Machining Manufacturing
Machining Manufacturing Area
Vertical machining of housings with operating and positioning tolerances of the highest precision,

e.g. machining centers with integrated measurement systems.

Simultaneous machining of six component faces in a single clamping operation,

e.g. with integrated high-pressure deep hole drilling.
Manual Production Manufacturing Area
Additional processes extending beyond turning and cutting are undertaken in our manual production area.
  • Balancing
  • Broaching (straight and angled cogs)
  • Abutting (splines)
  • Cleaning (compliance to cleanliness requirements)
  • Electro-chemical deburring
  • G´Barrel finishing
  • Lapping
  • Grinding (round and area cutting)
  • Pressure testing (automated and manual)

Manual Production Manufacturing
Cleaning with corrosion-protection
Balancing of symmetrical rotation components in one or two levels,

e.g. with precision setting to the highest accuracy.

Fine cleaning of components with subsequent corrosion-protection,

e.g. with vacuum drying and ultra-sound treatment.
