In our turning shop, we can manufacture various workpieces with lathes in the diameter range from 30 mm to 500 mm and lengths of 100 mm to 500 mm.

Economic manufacturing of components in medium to high part counts by the employment of automated systems,

On our machining centers, we manufacture customized components in magnitudes up to 1,000 mm x 1,000 mm x 1,000 mm.

Vertical machining of housings with operating and positioning tolerances of the highest precision,

e.g. machining centers with integrated measurement systems.






Simultaneous machining of six component faces in a single clamping operation,

e.g. with integrated high-pressure deep hole drilling.

Additional processes extending beyond turning and cutting are undertaken in our manual production area.
