HVR®280 Fullfills Global OEM Specifications and Simplifies Manufacturing Processes for Harness Makers

Its automated assembly concept for cable cross sections from 35 mm², 50 mm² and 70 mm² significantly simplifies manufacturing processes for harness makers. By reducing components to the essential minimum, the HVR®280 becomes one of the most flexible and easily integrable connector solutions available on the market. The series delivers a safe and reliable electrical connection, even in harsh environmental conditions, while enabling higher power levels. Compact dimensions help reduce costs, material usage, weight, and installation space, supporting efficient vehicle packaging.

  • Aluminum and copper wires for each cross section applicable
  • Locking mechanism with lever and CPA (Connector Position Assurance)

Straight Cable Connector

  • Straight female connectors are mateable with the same header
  • Single core cables 35 mm², 50 mm² and 70 mm²
  • Aluminum and copper wires for each cross section applicable
  • Locking mechanism with lever and CPA (Connector Position Assurance)

  • Capable of different terminal connections
