Company restaurant "Opera Hall" at Headquarters in Fridolfing opend

Recently, the company restaurant "Opera Hall" was opened in a small ceremony.

In the presence of the planners, architects and employees of the contracted craftsmen, Hans and Bernd Rosenberger with their daughters Ina and Victoria, representing the Rosenberger owner family, and Léon F. Wuest, Managing Director of Navitas Restaurations GmbH, opened the new company restaurant.

The traditional "Opera Hall", built at the beginning of the 1950s with a stage, billiard salon and bowling alley and used by Rosenberger as a production hall and later also for apprentice training, was elaborately converted into a top-class company restaurant.

In the spacious restaurant, the Navitas team serves 500 guests a day, or 700 on peak days. Great attention is paid to regionality, sustainability and quality; the majority of products are purchased from local suppliers. All dishes are freshly prepared, and the menu includes regional and international dishes that change daily, Mediterranean and Asian dishes, as well as freshly prepared soups, desserts and salad buffets.

Rosenberger employees are thrilled and more than satisfied with the long-awaited canteen at the main plant.
