Rosenberger monitors and supervises all production, quality and logistic processes with the aim of ensuring complete compliance with customer requirements.

Our solutions are based on integrated and flexible product compliance and include material and product reliability and safety, recycling, reuse and contractual inspections.

Our staff are made aware of the product-compliance problems resulting from environment legislation so as to "live and experience" implementation of them and compliance with them.
CE Marking
CE Conformity
With the CE conformity marking, Rosenberger confirms that the products in question comply with the requirements of the relevant European Union Harmonization Directives.

Compliance with the targets of these relevant Directives constitutes the preconditions for unrestricted free movement of goods in Europe.
RoHS*II - Directive 2011/65/EU
Rosenberger hereby confirms that the plug connectors and cable assemblies supplied comply with EU Directive 2011/65/EU (ROHS*II).

EU Directive 2011/65/EU on restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic devices sets limit values for the use of certain hazardous substances in the homogeneous material on electrical and electronic devices. Certification of conformity takes the form of CE marking of the products.

REACH* - Ordinance (EC) 1907/2006
Rosenberger hereby confirms that the legal targets of the REACH Ordinance are complied with and that component and material suppliers are expressly advised of the obligations in accordance with REACH within the framework of supplier development resp. the required information is actively procured.

Ordinance (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH Ordinance) is the new EU Chemicals Ordinance and stands for registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemicals. As an EU Ordinance, REACH applies directly and equally in all member states.

Conflict Minerals
According to the Dodd-Frank Act (section 1502), companies noted on a U.S. stock exchange and their subcontractors are obligated to provide the origin of certain raw materials (conflict minerals) used in their products. These “conflict minerals”, which are also referred to as 3TG, include the metals: tin, tungsten, tantalum and gold.
