Cellmax new 12- and 8t-port platforms ,1207xx and 1209xx, further enhance CellMax world record efficiency levels and allows for more than 18 dBi on the low band and up to 21.6 dBi on the midband. The first release of these new products goes from 698 to 2690 MHz and will later be released to support both L-band and 600.
With a higher antenna gain the coverage area is increased and fewer sites need to be deployed, rendering massive CAPEX and OPEX savings for the operators.
The increased mid/high-band coverage allows for a higher level of aggregation between the available frequency bands, allowing the subscribers to use more bandwidth and hence enjoy higher throughput levels.
