IT On Site Support - Deskside

 

Job Description

Rosenberger Tunisia in Enfidha is looking for a new colleague in IT On Site Support - Deskside.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day on-site IT Operation support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Respond and fulfil users’ requests in a timely manner and ensure relevant OLA in place to meet end users SLA expectations
  • Resolve IT Ops technical incidents (1st and 2nd level) in autonomy within your technical area
  • Work closely with other team members to gather and share technical knowledge and escalate to central team and/or 3rd party providers complex incidents requiring 3rd level support
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT Systems, Applications, Networks, and peripherals
  • Support local project delivery and ensure smooth rollout of global initiatives deployed locally
  • Adhere to governance and security rules and reporting of any detected security threats
  • Document technical processes, procedures, and suggest improvements
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance service operation delivery
  • Adhere to internal ITIL Framework including service management, incident management, change management, Asset Management and demand handling
  • Adhere to TISAX / ISO27001 security rules and support related auditing activities
  • Adhere to internal HR policies, ethical conduct and HSE rules

Requirements and skills

  • Computer science oriented education or tech background
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with modern office productivity tools
  • Self-motivated with a career drive in industries digitalisations
  • ITIL framework awareness ideally certified
  • Mustering ITSM tools and ideally ivanti usage experience
  • TISAX and/or ISO27001 awareness
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues: ability to see a demo and apply it, or to follow a guideline
