Rosenberger Tunisia is the first subsidiary of the Rosenberger Group on the African continent. It was established in 2021, specializing in the business area of Telecommunications, Automotive connectors and cable assemblies.

The factory covers an area of 12,000 square meters divided into production area with 6,000 square meters and two main warehouses of import and export. Together with more than 500 employees, Rosenberger Tunisia is manufacturing reliable products that meet the highest quality standards, to satisfy our customers’ requirements.

In February 2023, in order to enhance services to its customers, Rosenberger Tunisia expanded its business area and created a new cabling project relying on both manual and automated production mainly focusing on the technologies of data transmission for FAKRA, RosenbergerHSD® and H-MTD® connectors series.

Production Shift Leader

Job Description

We are looking for a Production Shift Leader to oversee operations and workers during scheduled shifts.

Shift Leader responsibilities include managing the execution of the production planning in the most efficient method, checking the availability of production resources to ensure the smoothly and effectively shift run.

Manage performance indicators for your shift and take necessary actions for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Basic on the weekly planning prepare the fine production scheduling
  • Schedule employees on different products, work stations
  • Checking employees productivity
  • Initiate the escalation process in case of backlog
  • Improve the qualification and polyvalence of his own staff
  • Participate as main member in the customer complaints analysis
  • Ensure that machines and equipment’s are continuously ready, available for running
  • Managing/reducing the down-time and absenteeism
  • Resolve conflicts between workers
  • Ensure health and safety standards are followed
  • Foster and maintain a positive work environment
  • Ensure the handover to the next shift

Requirements and skills

  • High school diploma
  • English speaker
  • Proven experience as a Shift Leader in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of the industry and relevant health and safety regulations
  • Leadership skills and ability to make decisions fast

Maintenance Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and reliable Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance department.

As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all installation, repair and maintenance of our company's facilities. Your tasks will include machines, equipment’s repair activities, scheduling preventive and predictive maintenance activities, developing maintenance procedures, managing our spare parts warehouse,  and improving the maintenance process by monitoring process KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising and managing all maintenance processes and operations
  • Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance
  • Improving the maintenance process by monitoring process KPIs
  • Managing spare part warehouse, placing order to the suppliers and machines manufacturers
  • Ensuring continual availability of spare parts
  • Managing a team of engineers and technicians
  • Maintaining all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards
  • Creating and implementing maintenance procedures
  • Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems
  • Planning and managing the preventive and predictive maintenance activities
  • Ensuring that all installations, machines and equipment adhere to the safety policies and procedures
  • Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates
  • Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs
